Mandatory overtime, sometimes with very little notice Obvious favoritism You will never be promoted unless you are came down with the company from Idaho Terrible management Stuck up executives with no concern for their employees No loyalty in your department, management will throw you under the bus to save themselves

A paycheck and nothing else. If you need a temporary job till you find a proper one, use Thorne as a buffer, all they do is use people - so use them too.

Cons

Constantly overhearing Engineers & Managers talking about shopfloor employees as lesser than & disposable, believe me they think of people working on the machinery as filth & complain & laugh about them all the time. Always changing hours & schedules around to force people to quit & replace them & laughing about it. No paid lunch, terrible benefits package that is padded by an option to get some of their products every month without charge to make you feel better about having no real benefits. Making fun of more recently joined employees & not supporting them if they don't join their cliques & kiss butt. Egotistical leadership & lackeys sucking up to them for positions they do not belong in type of non-culture.
