Pros
- Great benefits - There are a lot of great people there. - If you are a "yes man" and don't question or challenge anything, you will do great!
Cons
- Leadership doesn't care about culture. - There are several managers who will protect you at all costs, you're safe. But those people are becoming fewer. If you are a senior manager or director level, you get paid enough to make the drama worth it. Everyone else's roles are disposable. They won't give you a promotion or raise unless you threaten to quit and they don't want to deal with training a new person. - Diversity is slim. They have had multiple chances to make diversity hires and didn't - leadership is looking to hire people just like themselves, feeding the unhealthiness. - At the time of writing, they are in a hiring spree, not because of growth, but because current staff are jumping ship at a record rate. - They are going from a 5 to a 7 day work week, while simultaneously giving less holiday PTO days - If you are lucky enough to be chosen as a golden child, you can do no wrong. Everyone else is constantly walking on egg shells because they never know when something they do will trigger someone having a bad day.
