Pros

Good benefits. Very few capable employees so if you’re a go getter you can move up quickly. That is of course if you can handle working with some of the most incompetent people you can imagine.

Cons

Company is trying to grow faster than they are capable of. Expect the world out of their stand out employees and fail to weed out discipline their sub par employees. Everyone capable leaves soon enough. Lots of mid level management types that no one in the trenches is sure what they do. Overall a very creepy place to work.

A paycheck and nothing else. If you need a temporary job till you find a proper one, use Thorne as a buffer, all they do is use people - so use them too.

Cons

Constantly overhearing Engineers & Managers talking about shopfloor employees as lesser than & disposable, believe me they think of people working on the machinery as filth & complain & laugh about them all the time. Always changing hours & schedules around to force people to quit & replace them & laughing about it. No paid lunch, terrible benefits package that is padded by an option to get some of their products every month without charge to make you feel better about having no real benefits. Making fun of more recently joined employees & not supporting them if they don't join their cliques & kiss butt. Egotistical leadership & lackeys sucking up to them for positions they do not belong in type of non-culture.
