Pros

Great staff, friendly atmosphere and an overall beautiful place to work. Many people are ready to offer a helping hand to anyone on campus. Amazing facilities promote a happy lifestyle and happy students.

Cons

The hours can be long but it is worth it for the growth in student education. It is also important to remember when speaking with international students all of the cultural differences that vary from country to country.

Pros

Very flexible and you get to work with great people, both teachers and admin. Students are generally respectful, more so than at other schools I've worked at.

Cons

Typical of all sub jobs, low pay and you don't usually get to do any teaching.
