      None. The place is a horror show! It makes sense that it is based out of Maine because it is strait out of a Stephen King novel

      Cons

      Not the place to look for a long term career. Very poor vision and management. Does not treat their employees well.

      Pros

      Pay, product discounts, work-life balance, passionate team and leadership, high quality product line that was an easy sell, good benefits.

      Cons

      They were resistant to change and improvement, stuck in an old-school mindset. I’m curious how things have evolved under the new ownership.
