Pros
Always striving to improve on workplace culture (currently that especially means diversity of workforce), employee engagement is ridiculously high, a lot of opportunity for career growth and change, great pay, wonderful people at all levels of the company. I feel extraordinarily respected, and I have grown here both personally and professionally.
Cons
None that I can think of. Some things that might be an issue for others: environment changes a lot, and that change is fast-paced. If change is hard for you, you may struggle here. Also, expectations are high. (Which I love, and which explains the amazing people here.) It's pretty cut and dry - if you aren't performing, it's pretty clear. You will be given a lot of feedback and different types of opportunities to meet expectations, but if you aren't able to take the feedback to learn and grow, you won't last long. Finally, re: work life balance. You are given a ton of resources and encouragement to manage this (flex time, emphasis on what you produce, not the hours you log), but in the end it is on you. If you just can't take time off without someone making you do it, this might be hard for you.
