Cons
The company struggles to find the right product fit on the enterprise end; thus, making it difficult for everyone involved to succeed in their respective roles. This has led to unattainable targets and lack of direction from management. It can be frustrating to get any support when no one knows what they are doing. To compromise, Thoughtexchange goes on a hiring frenzy to bring 'experts' only to ignore them and go back to their old ways. The company claims to be progressive but holds onto dated processes and thinking. This behaviour is enforced by a harmful version of agreement culture.
