Pros
- High level of trust for employees - Remote first work culture and know how to do it well - Have gone out of their way to figure out how to make sure employees are truly supported to do their best work - especially during covid. - Addressing issues of being a growing company head on - not perfect but working on it. - Still lots of potential for growth and individual contributors can have a real impact.
Cons
- still got a lot to figure out re value of product and exec leadership can take a sharp turn on ideas quickly. - not great at letting people run with their own ideas without inserting a lot of people and their feelings into the middle of it - need to do more work on pay equity - some positions now very underpaid relative to the sales salaries in the company. This needs to be addressed ASAP or a lot of people will leave.
