Pros

Great community of smart, fun, engaged people who believe in the products and services the company provides. Great corporate culture. Very flat organization in terms of feeling like you are valued equally to people who are "higher" or "lower" in the organizational hierarchy. We use our product internally on a daily basis, so we're always learning how to improve things for our customers. The company and leadership place a lot of value on work/life balance.

Cons

While it's maybe too big to consider a start-up, it's still a bit in start-up mode. Come here if you like to work hard and be challenged in your work. Like most companies, there's not always the time or money to have everything in place to support you that you might like. The company definitely strives for work/life balance, but due to the start-up environment, the balance isn't always quite attainable...

Tough market Too long to pivot, a bit too rigid in thinking Product is more of a "want," rather than a "need," however they're trying to fix that.
