Because there are other things they will divulge about them to you which can be inappropriate, I don't care about anyone's sexual orientation, you should keep that to yourself. Also, errors were occurring from the very first calendar invite. I received a calendar invite was addressed to someone else. The LinkedIn profile attached to another calendar invite was that of a different person, it wasn't until about 20 minutes into the interview that I understood I was talking to the wrong person. I didn't get invited to my own orientation. These errors continued once I was inside with misinformation when it came to start dates and offer letters. On this person's own, no one else on the team was getting the necessary paperwork without having to send out a search party or delay their onboarding. In the short time I was there, helped automate the onboarding process so that no one on the team would have to rely on the Director for any paperwork.
