We’re proud of the great people you called out—especially our hiring managers—and are glad you found value in our health benefits. That said, the concerns you’ve raised, particularly around layoffs, leadership, and inclusion, are serious and not taken lightly. While we know we’re not perfect, we’ve taken steps over the past year to improve communication, strengthen leadership accountability, and foster a culture rooted in trust, intensity, innovation, and customer obsession.
