I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. Great culture, very laid back and as long as you show up and get your work done you are meeting expectations

Very difficult to get any salary increases or promotions. Lived in fear of layoffs bc there were often not a lot of projects so I was often on the bench for months at a time
