Pros

Awesome people who trust each other, and company trusts people a lot. No strict policies on expenses, leaves, all based on trust. People are humble and wise, a lot to learn from each thoughtworker. Access to latest tech, cool projects, space to learn and innovate, Good Food, Macs and a lot more. Quality discussions around social issues, technology enhances your personality. No managers, team owns responsibility of success and failures and works hard ensuring tasks are done with good quality code and on time. Startup like atmosphere with stability of big MNCs

Cons

you get into comfort zone. put on weight, it will be hard to change jobs, you won't want to.

Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.

Pros

Great culture, very laid back and as long as you show up and get your work done you are meeting expectations

Cons

Very difficult to get any salary increases or promotions. Lived in fear of layoffs bc there were often not a lot of projects so I was often on the bench for months at a time
