Pros
You are will be fed more than your share of warm and fuzzies. They do really well at ensuring you are fed alot of false statements during your interviews.
Cons
There isn't a great place to start. They will promise you so many things, only to fall short and keep you away from your family at the same time. They truly do not care about a single person who works for them and it is evident by the high turnover. They will try and hide it by forcing employees to vote for the best places to work survey while someone stands over you to ensure you are putting acceptable answers. If you read a good review within the past year, it is either the marketing dept or leadership writing it themselves as they have sent out numerous emails stating they needed higher ratings. Look at the dates of these. Wired how they are all within a week span.
