Pros
Thrasher truly cares about their employees. I’ve been with the company for almost nine years now. I was hired on as a service technician and enjoyed working with our customers on a daily basis. Maintaining and servicing existing systems. The autonomy given to our service team allows us to make on-site decisions which allows incredible customer service. Our service team helps the entire company identify and solve any issues or potential issues. The knowledge and experience in this role allowed myself to substantially grow personally and professionally. After 5+ years I had the desire to move into a leadership role. I had minimal management experience so they gave me the opportunity to work directly with leadership(weekly check-ins). We call them growth and development plans. I also joined our leadership immersion program. I became a service manager shortly after my initial interest in the position. After a few years in leadership, I found that being out in the field helping customers daily filled my Bucket. I expressed my concerns with our V.P. He gave me the option to choose the role that would allow myself to fulfill my own personal purpose. I now serve our customers as a system design specialist/sales representative. I enjoy finding out what our customers desire and design the solution to fulfill their goals. We don’t rush appointments which allows a proper consultation and overall customer experience. This was a long review but I wanted express how much The Thrasher family has done for me. I get to become a better version of myself daily. Amazing work life integration and culture that can’t be defined with words.
Cons
I don’t have any Complaints. When I do have an issue I can find an open door to express my concerns. Quarterly Check-ins and weekly meetings help us identify and solve any appointment or install Issues.
