Pros

It was a great place to learn. Encouraged growth and offered opportunities to employees that earned them. Saw many hard working people move up in positions there. They went through a major change in management, which made it a better environment to work in. Great benefits packages (but a little pricey).

Cons

There are still some employees that have a sense of entitlement. Those employees don't work very hard, and can be very toxic. Communication from management can be slow.

Pros

Growing company that values their employees. Team mentality in every aspect. Management works hard to ensure employees have a good work/life balance and prioritizes family. Seems to look to promote within for the majority of new opportunities.

Cons

Growing pains of a normal business in a growth phase. Nothing that the company doesn't seem to already be in the works of addressing and correcting as they grow.
