Pros

Good application platforms are in place but they need to be better utilized

Cons

Not a diversified or equitable company. Onboarding does not give a new employee enough training to succeed. Micromanagement from the top to the point where meetings can't happen if one person is not there. Cannot improve redundant processes or suggest improvements.

Pros

Growing company that values their employees. Team mentality in every aspect. Management works hard to ensure employees have a good work/life balance and prioritizes family. Seems to look to promote within for the majority of new opportunities.

Cons

Growing pains of a normal business in a growth phase. Nothing that the company doesn't seem to already be in the works of addressing and correcting as they grow.
