Pros

I've really enjoyed my experience working here. The team is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The collaborative and supportive culture makes it a great place to work, and they are quick to recognize accomplishments small and big.

Cons

This company is made up of 95% remote workers in several different time zones. While that does have it's advantages it also creates natural barriers in communication and sets back working relationships

Thank you for writing this review. It truly is a great place to work and our six core values are the foundation of how we come to our desk each day. We do have to work extra hard to keep our relationships with our teammates fresh and supportive. I am glad that you have felt your first year at Thrive has been a good one!

Pros

I've had a very positive experience working at Thrive. The culture here stands out. It's supportive and collaborative in a way that doesn't feel forced. There's a real sense of being part of a team rather than just a company, and leadership's commitment to the core values shows up in day-to-day interactions, not just in a handbook somewhere. What's made the biggest difference for me is how approachable management is. Leaders here are transparent and genuinely open to feedback. You don't feel like you're talking into a void when you raise a concern or an idea. That accessibility builds trust, and it's created a culture where people feel accountable to each other without it feeling top-down or punitive. I've also had real opportunities to grow professionally. Leadership invests time in developing employees and makes a point of recognizing hard work rather than letting it go unnoticed. Looking back, I can point to specific ways I've grown, both personally and professionally, since joining. Overall, if you're looking for a workplace where the people actually care about each other and about your development, Thrive is worth considering.

Cons

If you are primarily motivated by money, you may not be a good fit. The agency is growing, pay is fair but its not a big corporation. Culture is one of the biggest benefits in my opinion. Having worked with other agencies in the past, the small tradeoff is well worth it.

Pros

Thrive not only has great Core Values that are written but each employee is encouraged to practice them daily in the work place and on a personal level as well, Gratitude, Respect, Integrity, Work Ethic and Honesty are values that the leadership exemplifies to every employee. Another outstanding word description is CARE. Each individual employee is seen as a person not simply as a revenue source for the company. The culture is unmatched among other business. Thrive is a great place to work and SERVE. Community volunteerism and charitable giving are also highly encouraged.

Cons

Working remotely when employees are in several countries around the world can have its challenges in regards to the client's time frame. Employees may have to consider working out of their comfort zone and adapt to what is needed to serve the client adequately
