Inexperienced management-poor work atmosphere - Anonymous employee Thrive Senior Living Employee Review

Very inexperienced operational management leading to challenging atmosphere with residents, families, team, hiring and care. Lack of listening and proactive solutions and responses. Lack of infastructure regarding policies, training, procedures and responses to emergency situations. Lack of real training, incentives and on-going education leads to high turn-over on care team and other. President and upper management talk a good game but no real depth in problem solving, addressing family concern or making needed changes. Care and management issues. Like to hire inexperienced and young folks-so they can train-but there is no real training.
