The culture has changed for the worst. There is a negative self preserving vibe now in the building. It used to feel like a community but it now feels more facility (correctional) like. There is little clear communication within the building causing a lot of confusion. Turnover is unbelievable and committed workers are stretched thin in responsibilities. Random lies and attitude from a cancerous person in the business office. She is a Very manipulative and its a roll of the dice on if she will have a terrible attitude with you at any given moment.
