Pros

The majority of people working alongside you are great. Great teamwork from others when needed. Overall purpose/mission to support Seniors is rewarding. Benefits are decent/average.

Cons

Leadership changes resulted in low morale. Lack of trust in leadership. Offshoring jobs results in sense of insecurity. Lack of transparency from leadership. Struggle to get teams out of the 'silo' mentality. Workloads are pretty high making it difficult to have a work/life balance.

100% Remote work. Great group of people to work with. Supportive management.

Cons

Most of the SD jobs have been off-shored.
