      Pros

      There are many, including: A caring workforce; management committed to work life balance; and an awesome mission and vision and commitment to it!

      Cons

      Some of the challenges are a result of the caring workforce and as a result the culture is very collaborative and while this is good, it can take a long time to make and cascade decisions. There are many initiatives going on now as there are many active efforts to apply to the mission and vision to more members and grow membership. There are many competing priorities, yet all good priorities.

      Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

      Cons

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
