Pros
Working at Thrivent I truly feel that I'm working with a team. The comradery and support I've received at Thrivent have been unsurpassed. I've found Thrivent to be a company that lives out it's values and really provides great incentives and benefits to employees.
Cons
Thrivent does continue to change structural things, which is a bit of an annoyance; however, I appreciate that they continue to change to make the future better for all the members we serve and will serve in the future.
