      Very supportive great training and nice offices. No issues with management. Maybe not be so concerned with bottom line so much

      A position is what you make of it . Support people in advancement and look for as many training oportunities as possible

      Cons

      -all roles held to same standard even when other roles are labeled “senior” -IT still runs waterfall project management for tech debt despite the rest of the org going Agile
