Pros

Unique benefits, like paid time off for volunteering. Supportive colleagues. Values of service and generosity.

Cons

Current leadership is struggling bad. Decisions are being driven by consultants who don’t have an appreciation for the firm’s foundation and differentiators and just want to instill their plans. With multiple different consultants under contract, that often means we’re being yanked in many different directions. The pace of work trying to implement all these competing plans is unmanageable and creating a tremendous level of stress, with good employees either walking out the door or looking at it seriously. Until there’s changes made at the top, I would not recommend taking a corporate position here now.

Pros

Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

Cons

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
