Pros

- Working in recruiting we were allowed a lot of latitude planning our appointments and days. - Worked with a lot of truly good people. - Faith based, and that does come through with culture. - Mileage paid - Good interaction with other state offices (recruiters) - Pleasant Regional Field Office Managing Partner. Buffered a lot of the stress

Cons

Long evenings. Overnight stays several (3-5) per month. There is a lot of pressure from the corporate office to contract new representatives. Weekly accountability and pressure meetings. Suit and tie every day. Driving your own vehicle Key activity is meeting with people to get referrals. Many of the areas have been covered many times before, so getting tougher to solicit and receive meetings.
