Pros

I've enjoyed my time getting started at Thrivent. They have a VERY robust training program for getting started in financial advising. Once you are licensed, they truly care about making sure that you feel supported as you learn. I'm not fully-fledged but even in a paid training-environment have been able to grow my business and start building the processes for a successful lunch as a financial professional

Cons

Like any growing company in this economy and job market, the changes that are happening make it tricky to feel secure. Sometimes my leaders didn't understand what was going on with my learning journey...but at least they wanted to. Lots of room to grow in Diversity and Inclusion.

Pros

Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

Cons

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
