      Pros

      Great company, awesome technology and routines. The products are competitive, and it's very client focused, and the clients are the owners of the company. Great values.

      Cons

      Can't really use products from other carriers, and since you have to sign up new members you have to sell them Thrivent life insurance products, which means that you probably could have suggested better solutions for your clients than you actually do. Name recognition is very poor, pretty much no one outside of the Lutheran community has heard of the company.

      Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

      Cons

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
