      - Overall friendly workforce - Managers communicate well and are easily accessible - Lot of promotion opportunities - Has 401k and pension

      Cons

      - Heavy micromanaging - Pay is low and not competitive - High turnover - Overworked at times because due to lack of staff - Helpline makes it seem like you're bothering them sometimes - Usage of some severely outdated software - Extremely busy January through April for tax season - Some processes make no sense and only slow down getting work done

      Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

      Cons

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
