Pros
The company is investing in transformation and are fully committed to the Product model. They are working on getting to know our clients better and letting their voice dictate what we work on. P.S. The work life balance is phenomenal. After 5:30pm, I don't have to think about work. Having messenger or work email on your phone is not necessary. It's incredible
Cons
IT'S SO SLOOOOOOW! Wowza it takes a long long time to change a 100+ year old company's culture (I know I know I shouldn't be surprised...) While I love that we're making changes, getting new technology in place and getting senior leaders on board with our approach to releasing can be tough. I also don't love how the Product teams are set up. It increases the number of dependencies we have on other teams exponentially, making it challenging to build something and get it to our clients quickly.
