Pros

There are slim to none.

Cons

The company does not seem to be doing well on many levels. They seem to have few clients and they bring nothing new to the table compared to their competitors. Employees there complain and are disgruntled. Management has no time to address their issues. They favor employees based on work that is required for the company to operate. Management is also very young and extremely inexperienced not only about the industry but also managing employees. They are in way over their heads. Any qualified employee there is put in their place. There is little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there is no set job description. The job description is nothing like the work you will do, since they require you to "be flexible" and you may end up making nothing but PowerPoint slides even with a graduate degree. They will entice you with growth and opportunity and if they don't like you, they will not hesitate to cut you. You will have wasted time doing and learning nothing.

Pros

Thru is a forward thinking and looking company. Thru has released 3 very strong additions to the Thru offering this year, that will increase the Thru adoption within our clients business base. Thru listens to our customers, which drives our innovation and creativity. It is exciting to work for a company that actually listens to their customers and implements features that are wanted and needed by those same customers. Not to mention future customers that will adopt these same features. Ideas are openly discussed and encouraged within the employee group. Like a true startup, ideas are the life blood of the company. Thru fosters this creativity from the top down. There are internal tools to submit and track ideas. As a member of Thru, you feel like you can influence the direction of the company and contribute to the success of the company as well.

Cons

Thru is a start up, so you need to be able to wear lots of hats and adapt when needed. This is not for everyone. You need to be flexible and handle what is assigned to you.
