Pros

Although file sharing and Managed File Transfer have been around for a long time and they can seem legacy, but Thru is always innovating. Customer and employee loyalty is high. The company is always growing in all aspects. They have recently made a major investment in new office space to accommodate for growth. The culture has a constant start-up feeling to it and employees are encouraged to share ideas and company invests in events that brings employees together. The company is able to remain agile and acquire large enterprise customers while also catering to SMB so the future of the business is solid. The company has forged key business partnerships which has resulted in solid growth.

Cons

Keeping up with industry changes always presents a challenge and change can be painful. Technology is constantly evolving so it can be difficult for people to keep up with changes within the company in order for the business to stay relevant. The employee has to adjust to change often, depending on what part of the business you are in.

Pros

There are slim to none.

Cons

The company does not seem to be doing well on many levels. They seem to have few clients and they bring nothing new to the table compared to their competitors. Employees there complain and are disgruntled. Management has no time to address their issues. They favor employees based on work that is required for the company to operate. Management is also very young and extremely inexperienced not only about the industry but also managing employees. They are in way over their heads. Any qualified employee there is put in their place. There is little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there is no set job description. The job description is nothing like the work you will do, since they require you to "be flexible" and you may end up making nothing but PowerPoint slides even with a graduate degree. They will entice you with growth and opportunity and if they don't like you, they will not hesitate to cut you. You will have wasted time doing and learning nothing.
