Cons
The company does not seem to be doing well on many levels. They seem to have few clients and they bring nothing new to the table compared to their competitors. Employees there complain and are disgruntled. Management has no time to address their issues. They favor employees based on work that is required for the company to operate.
Management is also very young and extremely inexperienced not only about the industry but also managing employees. They are in way over their heads. Any qualified employee there is put in their place. There is little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there is no set job description.
The job description is nothing like the work you will do, since they require you to "be flexible" and you may end up making nothing but PowerPoint slides even with a graduate degree. They will entice you with growth and opportunity and if they don't like you, they will not hesitate to cut you. You will have wasted time doing and learning nothing.
