Pros

exposed to Dynamics of a true start up

Cons

Unqulaified Employee managment, Contridictory of managment style the management will tell you there isnt no micro management , but if you out of sight they will be blowing up your cell phone trying to figure out where are you in the most un professional way. crossfunctional department do not trust eachother, oh did i mention Bad managent there isnt accountability for any unprofessional behhavior with the management level ,because there isnt a HR or should i say small company equals no HR, no accountability, no ethics policies which turns in to a hostile enviornment at times as a end result BAD BAD . Basically all of the previous comments are 100% true its just sad that i didnt listen , i could of avoid this place and havent wasted my time here.

Thru has every employee sign our handbook and our code of ethics is clearly detail there. Thru has a flat management structure that may not fit with some individuals who have not been in that structure before and it is regretful when someone is unhappy with our style. Current employees have access to HR and senior management at all times to workout any conflicts.

Pros

There are slim to none.

Cons

The company does not seem to be doing well on many levels. They seem to have few clients and they bring nothing new to the table compared to their competitors. Employees there complain and are disgruntled. Management has no time to address their issues. They favor employees based on work that is required for the company to operate. Management is also very young and extremely inexperienced not only about the industry but also managing employees. They are in way over their heads. Any qualified employee there is put in their place. There is little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there is no set job description. The job description is nothing like the work you will do, since they require you to "be flexible" and you may end up making nothing but PowerPoint slides even with a graduate degree. They will entice you with growth and opportunity and if they don't like you, they will not hesitate to cut you. You will have wasted time doing and learning nothing.
