Pros
Management advocates for their employees' benefits and raises. Hard work and initiative are always recognized and appreciated, it's not a place where you're stuck treading water. Management is open to suggestions about how to improve company operations and will implement improvements. Hours are flexible but not lax, get the work done and do it well. Management is also aware of life situations and willing to work with employees when they need a hybrid or remote schedule. Coworkers are respectful and easy to get along with. Offices are nice and the kitchen is always stocked with free snacks and drinks. Free hot breakfasts are served Friday mornings. Building is within walking distance to good places for company happy hour.
Cons
It's a small company, so wearing multiple hats is something that you either have to take or leave. I prefer a challenge but if you want one job with no challenges or learning opportunities this isn't the place for you. It is what you make of it, being a small company means there's less corporate structure, so that has to come from you. The upside to that is you have open opportunities to make change happen.
