Poor management - Lifeguard Thumper Pond Employee Review

Management had favorites, allowed employees to miss shifts, come and go as they please. Most employees had terrible work ethics and they rubbed off on almost everyone because management allowed it. Very poor ventilation, black mold, pool not properly maintained led to an extremely unhealthy work environment. Employees who worked several days in a row often became sick.
