Company with a futuristic outlook. Everyone has a "Let's do it" attitude. Excellent Leadership very people oriented. Collaboration and Communication is not a barrier.

Strong product engineering, AI enablement, partners and strong customer logos.

Cons

Leadership is inexperienced and depend on reputation and titles. TiDB (PingCAP) endeavors to fit into the N.A. market with a Sunnyvale address but its leadership are all slotted from its origins. Structure is typical of Chinese engineering led companies which limits its success in a period of needs to transition to selling and marketing.
