Didn't really have much complaint

Strong product engineering, AI enablement, partners and strong customer logos.

Leadership is inexperienced and depend on reputation and titles. TiDB (PingCAP) endeavors to fit into the N.A. market with a Sunnyvale address but its leadership are all slotted from its origins. Structure is typical of Chinese engineering led companies which limits its success in a period of needs to transition to selling and marketing.
