Pros
The job is not particularly challenging since it is primarily washing cars. The pay can be substantial, but you have to jump through hoops to get it.
Cons
Equipment breaks down all the time, and there is very little support for repairs. They don't have a maintenance crew, so you are expected to fix everything yourself, otherwise, they come down on you for spending the money to repair it. The leadership is mostly reactionary, meaning that they don't do anything as a proactive measure. They hastily roll out changes, and then "react" when things go wrong. The executive leadership has unrealistic expectations for how each site should run and look. Labor expectations are very lean. The insurance is INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE and is not even that good. 401k match could be better. It takes days to get a response from the home office on most inquiries.
