Pros
Pay was good and raises. I worked different shifts and areas within the hospital.
Cons
As a CNA you will do your work & assist RN. If you are sick with the flu or virus or illness Management does not care about patients well being, do not ever call in sick you will be terminated no matter how well you've done your job. Management tells you that you can re-apply for job but they will not hire you again.
