      Very progressive hospital system. Great leadership. Good opportunities for professional growth. Values its position in the community. Pretty easy to get projects up the corporate ladder for approval.

      Cons

      Needs to watch out that it does not become too big and corporate.

      The Patients are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      It is never enough. Their lazy employees are the golden eggs. The harder you work the less appreciated you are.
