Directors and ceo have very poor leadership ability. Very hostile place to work. Poor support, overworked with little time off. Many current staff want to quit and new hires want to quit within a couple of weeks of work. Very poor morale and is ignored by management. Management has no insight and are behind closed doors most of the time.
