HR is only there to protect management and their bad decisions. No foresight from management. Everything falls on employees. No accountability for leaders. They make it seem like a good company but if you ever make a mistake or make the wrong person irate, they will fry you. They can & will find any reason to fire you if they want to. Turnover is very high because of this. Pharmacy managers do not listen and instead make you feel like you have done wrong when you have not. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work at this company. They promise employees first shot at new jobs but nobody ever moves horizontally. Management prevents that at all cost. If they find out you want to move to a different department, you will be fired within a month.
