      Pros

      Management never changes so you always know who to go to in the chain of command.

      Cons

      This hospital is soooooo top heavy with Clinical Directors and their Assistant Head Nurses there is no money left for the nursing staff left to care for the patients. The nursing staff are so guilt laden because the management team is forever preaching about the budget and cutting costs.

      The Patients are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      It is never enough. Their lazy employees are the golden eggs. The harder you work the less appreciated you are.
