      The team really cares about the workforce. Tidelands is very much involved in the community. Wonderful pace to work.

      We are growing fast and which requires us to be flexible. Not a bad thing but we move fast.

      The Patients are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      It is never enough. Their lazy employees are the golden eggs. The harder you work the less appreciated you are.
