Pros
Helping the patients is rewarding. You build bonds with them and on their bad days, you have an opportunity to uplift them.
Cons
Everything else. The amount you do for your pay is laughable. No diversity in management. It’s all about who you know. They will fire you—even if you’ve worked there for 20 years—if you don’t meet the new requirement to get a degree.
