Pros
Genuine, intelligent and motivated people that create a fun, transparent and challenging work environment. I've learned so much during my time at Tidemark, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to be a part of the team that has the potential to revolutionize our industry. This is not a job for the weak of heart, but if you are looking to grow and want to get out of your comfort zone, I can't think of a better company.
Cons
Just like any company and startup, there are always significant challenges. The vision Tidemark brings to the marketplace is unmatched, but there has been some mistakes on execution. I suspect this is due to the fact that we have a hard time saying "no" to customer requests, which has caused a lack of focus on product stability and core features. This, in turn, has put a lot of pressure on the Customer Success organization, and has also introduced some challenges during the sales cycle. Again, nothing you wouldn't expect at a startup. My feeling is that if you are truly motivated and actually care about about your work and customers, Tidemark can be an extremely rewarding experience, despite its challenges.
