Pros

Pros are the people mostly at the frontline and program staff, but it is a mix. SF office is a beauty, super relaxing, feels like a retreat spot amidst some forest lands and the gorgeous views of the golden gate bridge. NY office is very different but almost all the subway lines end up at Wall Street so you can always end up or go anywhere from there. That's a plus!

Cons

Constant restructuring without operationalizing during my tenure.

The people you work with are kind and really care about the work and each other.

Cons

Management is duplicitous and do not live up to the company values. It shocks me at how little empathy, transparency and accountability the senior and executives leadership team has. This is in addition to the many lay offs and devaluing union employees.
