Great co-workers who cared about he work they did and the mission of the organization; awesome work-life balance; leader in the philanthropic community; great opportunities within the organization to learn and attend professional development trainings

Cons

Not much to say; a lot has changed since my time in the mid-2000's, but hope to see the organization continue to grow

The people you work with are kind and really care about the work and each other.

Cons

Management is duplicitous and do not live up to the company values. It shocks me at how little empathy, transparency and accountability the senior and executives leadership team has. This is in addition to the many lay offs and devaluing union employees.
