The HQ is in CA. We never work with HQ staff much or have a unified culture at the organization. Some depts are slow to respond compared to others about concerns like accounting.

The people you work with are kind and really care about the work and each other.

Cons

Management is duplicitous and do not live up to the company values. It shocks me at how little empathy, transparency and accountability the senior and executives leadership team has. This is in addition to the many lay offs and devaluing union employees.
